Based in Rowlands Gill, Tyne & Wear and serving the North East of England; PDS Construction is a local contractor with old fashioned values and a reputation for a high standard of workmanship. PDS Construction was formed by three founding partners; Peter Clarke, Dean Fairley and Stuart Rutter, bringing together 75 years worth of industry experience. Born and raised in the area, they know the area and the people.
